Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, that is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
The order must meet the following conditions:

The item still includes all parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as it was received.

Only normal handling of the product is allowed — damage due to improper use is excluded.

Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.

The product must be reported as defective immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.
We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
If your order meets the return conditions above, please follow these steps to initiate the return:

Photo of the product (in case of damage)

We will then contact you with the correct return address.
🚫 Do not send returns to the sender's address. We will provide the proper return address once you notify us.
🧾 You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Consumers have the right to cancel a purchase under the following terms, provided that the consumer is a natural person acting for purposes outside of their commercial or professional activity.
A. Cancellation Terms
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier) received the last item in your order.
As we use a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once initiated, meaning a refund is only possible after you have received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:

Send a clear statement (e.g., by email) to Daisy & Lily informing us of your decision to cancel the agreement.

The withdrawal is complete once we have received the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPMENTS IN TRANSIT
As our goods are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer and are beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
In that case, wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us.
You may, of course, notify us of your cancellation in advance.
To ensure the fastest possible return process, please send us a shipping confirmation once you've sent the item back.
CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION
If you cancel this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, immediately and no later than 14 days after the day we receive both your cancellation request and the returned goods.
🚫 Shipping costs will not be refunded (except in cases where you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard shipping).
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we explicitly agree otherwise with you.
There will be no fees charged for this refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED — AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE — TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
